We, Abhyanga Foundation is a Private limited Company incorporated under Section 8 of Company’s Act 2013 on 31 May 2021. It is classified as Non-Govt Company and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Delhi. We are a not-for-profit organisation that builds capacity of communities to ensure empowerment for women. Our sustainable and holistic interventions in Health, Livelihood, Education and Disaster Relief & Resilience, provide innovative solutions to deep-rooted development.

Our Mission

To save lives, enable social protection and defeat poverty. It is involved in Social work activities and has in its objects the promotion of commerce, art, science, sports, education, research, social welfare, religion, charity, protection of environment or any such other object.
We are hosting many social events occasionally. This year we’re hoping to raise fund to fulfill our goal and serve the mass of the people.

Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Refund Policy
Abhyanga Foundation takes the process donations as per the instructions given by our donors, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous donation or if the donor would like to cancel his donation, Abhyanga Foundation will respond to the donor within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the donor.
The timely refund of the donation will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction.
The donor will have to send the Abhyanga Foundation a written request for a refund within 5 days of making the donation to the Foundation’s official address or email – info@abhyangafoundation.org along with payment receipt and details necessary for initiating refund.
In case the tax exemption certificate has been already issued; we will unfortunately, not be able to refund the donation.The decision of board regarding whether to approve or disapprove the refund of donation will be final and binding on the donor.
2. Data Retention
We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
3. Other Disclosures
We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, donors, or users, as and when necessary to enforce our terms of services.

We usually not collect any information from your good self in any ways:
Signing up to our campaign.
Signing up to stay updated.
Make a donation.
We won’t collect or record your personal information unless you choose to give it us.

We can use the information you give us in the following ways:x
To be assured that we have an accurate and proper record of all the donations we receive.
We will be issuing a receipt and 80G certificate against your donation and must therefore collect your name, address, Aadhar Number, phone number, residence status, PAN Number and email address to dispatch an e-receipt. Hard copy will be issued as per request. You may choose not to share your PAN Number. In such a case, it will be required to pay income tax at current rates.
This data will be stored securely with us to ensure we can retrieve information which may be needed by you at a later point of time due to loss of a receipt and/or for requests from the proper authorities in case of scrutiny.
To email you with news and information about Foundation and our campaigns, only if you have agreed to this.

Individuals who join our mailing lists via our website or through our campaigning engagements are added to our email database. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone in any manner.
